Das Online-Portal vereint eine Reihe von Quellensammlungen aus den Bestand der National Archives (TNA) in Kew unter einer einheitlichen Benutzeroberfläche. Zugrunde liegen u.a. Aktenpublikationen des "Foreign Office Confidential Print" (FO), des "TNA Colonial Office Print" (CO), des "Foreign and Commonwealth Office" (FCO)und der "Cabinet Secretary's notebooks" (CAB). Die in den Sammlungen enthaltenen Primärquellen sind über Metadaten zu den Kategorien Dokumentnummer, Titel, Jahr, Ortsnamen, Personennamen und Schlagwort erschlossen. Die Suchergebnisse können in RefWorks oder EndNote übernommen werden. Darüber hinaus stellt die Benutzeroberfläche eine differenzierte Volltextsuche mit Booleschen Operatoren, Trunkierung, Phrasen- und Wortabstandssuche bereit. Die Anzeige der Dokumente erfolgt im PDF-Format mit Treffermarkierung im Image.
