Online-Service mit Zugang zu kuratierten Sammlungen von flüchtigen Materialien (Ephemera), die während politischer Wahlen und sozialer Bewegungen in verschiedenen Länder der ehemaligen Sowjetunion (GUS/CIS) und Osteuropa gesammelt wurden. Unter „Ephemera“ versteht man in diesem Kontext Materialien, die ursprünglich für den kurzzeitigen Gebrauch während eines Wahlkampfs produziert wurden. Dazu gehören:
- Wahlkampfmaterialien: Flugblätter, Poster, Broschüren, Aufkleber und Handzettel
- Parteidokumente: Parteiprogramme, Statuten und Biografien von Kandidaten
- Offizielle Dokumente: Wahlvorschriften, Protokolle der Wahlkommissionen und Beschwerden über Wahlbetrug
- Mediale Erzeugnisse: Sonderausgaben von Zeitungen und Zeitschriften, die oft nur lokal oder zeitlich begrenzt erschienen sind
Die Sammlungen sind nach Regionen gruppiert, darunter: Ukraine (z. B. Parlamentswahlen 2012/2014, Euromaidan-Proteste), Russland (z. B.
